GMB Manager ("we", "us", the "App") is a tool that lets businesses and their agencies manage their Google Business Profiles — publishing posts, monitoring and replying to reviews, answering questions, and monitoring profile information. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Information we access

When you connect a Google account, we ask for your permission via Google's standard consent screen. With your consent we access:

Basic Google account information (name and email) used only to identify the connection.
Google Business Profile data via the Google Business Profile APIs (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage): your business locations, posts, reviews, and questions & answers for the profiles you choose to manage.

We only access profiles that the connecting Google account already owns or manages, and only after you explicitly authorise access.

How we use the information

To display your business locations, posts, reviews and questions inside the App.
To publish and schedule posts you create.
To let you reply to reviews and answer questions.
To monitor your profile details and alert you to changes.

We use this data solely to provide these features to you. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Limited Use disclosure

GMB Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except where necessary to provide the service, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent.

How we store and protect data

Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Access to the App is restricted to authenticated administrators and protected by mandatory two-factor authentication. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Data retention and deletion

You can disconnect a Google account at any time from within the App, which removes its stored access tokens. You can also revoke the App's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any data we hold about you, email [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Cookies

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
